In this study, we analyzed magnetocardiogram (MCG) from 551 subjects including young healthy controls, age-matched controls, stable angina (SA), unstable angina (UA), and non ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) patients to see the overall changes. Ten parameters of magnetocardiogram that were showing significant difference (p < 0.05) between controls and patients were used. In addition, MCG data recorded from 27 unstable angina patients after adenosine injection were also analyzed to see the stress effect on MCG. Nine out of ten parameters were showing significant difference between both of controls and ischemic heart disease patients. The values of nine parameters were also increased gradually from age-matched controls to NSTEMI. Twenty two out of 27 UA patients (81.5%) post Adenosine injection was showing increased current angle at T-wave peak. Results showed that MCG has a great potential to detect the early stage of the ischemic heart disease.
